The Rotary Club of Hoshiarpur Mid Town (26559), District 3070, with the Plano Metro Rotary Club of Plano, Texas, helped restore the sight of Amandeep Singh, a 33-year-old man from Tarn Taran district, Punjab, under the club’s flagship project Mission Gift of Sight.

The transplant was performed by Dr. Amandeep Singh Arora of Arora Eye Hospital & Retina Centre, Link Road, Jalandhar, under the MOU signed between the Rotary clubs and the hospital.

This was the 388th corneal transplant under Mission Gift of Sight, free of cost.
